I led the experience and co-led product vision for RD’s transition into a unified multi-product platform, integrating Marketing, Sales, Conversations, and E-commerce into a cohesive and scalable ecosystem.

Led interviews with multi-product customers to uncover friction points and identify high-impact opportunities.
Led competitive benchmarking across leading SaaS platforms to inform strategic positioning.
Led prototype sessions with designers to create a unified customer journeys and shared components to translate the vision into concrete, actionable artifacts.
