For RD, it unlocks new revenue streams, increases attach rate, and sharpens our positioning against players like Blip, Gallabox, and Tidio.

– Co-led strategic vision definition with the executive team
– Conducted interviews with customers to identify industry-specific needs and JTBD
– Benchmarked key competitors and emerging “unofficial” solutions
– Researched trends in AI, personal assistants, and social channel integrations
– Directed prototyping of new experiences and product components
