Create a design system to redesigning Receeve end-to-end product experience

Overview

Reecceve is a German startup and fintech offering solutions to automate collections and payments.

I was invited by Raoni Caseli to support Re:ceeve as a UX Consultant, with the mission to improve the product experience of a debt collection platform used by banks and financial institutions.

The platform had grown quickly from MVP to production, resulting in usability issues, fragmented UI patterns, and confusing flows. Our goal: redesign key features, starting with the dashboard and navigation, while laying the groundwork for a consistent and scalable design system.

What I did

  • Redesigned the entire experience and product navigation based on insights with Raoni

  • Helped translate a high-level brief into a clear, actionable UX strategy

  • Ran short iteration cycles covering ideation, validation, and delivery

  • Contributed to the creation of a UI style guide to kick off the design system
